Middle School Lacrosse players have the opportunity to work on their skills this Saturday February 4 from 10 – 11:30am.
There will be clinics offered each Saturday in February. Middle School players may be given the opportunity to participate depending on the availability of space BUT this Saturday is JUST FOR MIDDLE SCHOOL PLAYERS.
Here is the information on the rest of the weeks
The Lacrosse clinics will begin this Saturday Feb 4. I have listed the topics to be covered in an effort to draw those players playing positions that apply to the topics. There is 1 session directed to middle school lacrosse players. If there are openings in other sessions for middle school players, I will post the opening on the site. We will accept a maximum of 10 players per 90 minute session. The fee for each 90 minute session is $10/player.
You can email me at caninecompanions1@comcast.net and let me know what day/time slot you would like to participate. You can participate in as many sessions as you could benefit. If you take a slot, you are expected to pay the $10 fee for that slot.

Feb 4: 8 – 9:30 — Stick Skills and challenges
10 – 11:30 – Middle school stick skills
Feb 11: 8 – 9:30 – Defensive state of mind
10 – 11:30 – Shooting Drills
Feb 18: 8 – 9:30 – Tricks to tackling and tackling practice
10 – 11:30 – Games for possession
Feb 25: 8 – 9:30 – Offensive Movement to score
10 – 11:30 – Defensive Control and quick change of possessions
All clothing orders must be submitted to John Myers at GEARS or Coach Adams at the high school by noon Wednesday, 2/1. Any orders received after that will be too late for shorts, any might be too late for t-shirts (we have some t-shirt back stock that may be available).

It’s that time of year to start our open gyms we hold before the first day of practice. The open gyms are not mandatory but recommended to attend. The dates are Feb, 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, 23, 28 & March 1 in the old high school gym from 5:30-7 pm. Doors will open 15 minutes prior to our start time. Hope to see many of you there.

This program will teach the basics of lacrosse through practices and games. For boys in grades 7 & 8. Registration forms will be distributed through the Elizabethtown Area Middle School. Parents meeting is Tuesday, January 24 at 7 pm in Rec Room #1.
