Important Update 3/4

A few items as the final days tick away before we get underway for the 2010 season.

Tryouts will begin indoors Monday. First session is 9-11 a.m. and second session is 7-9 p.m. (inclement weather schedule). All team activities will follow the 7-9 p.m. inclement weather practice schedule until further notice, hopefully by the end of the first week.

Paperwork should be in by now. Remember, this includes the rules sheet and the school’s paperwork.

Clothing order has been delivered. See Coach Adams a.s.a.p. to pick yours up. Under Armour items will arrive in a couple weeks.

Team roles (varsity, JV, or otherwise) will be shared with students who complete tryouts on Wednesday 3/10 after school. Seniors will meet with the coaches at 2:45, juniors at 3, sophomores at 3:15, freshmen at 3:30.

Freshmen and Juniors must attend IMPACT TESTING Monday after the first tryout session. Impact testing is a computer-based activity that provides a baseline of data to help the athletic training staff assess potential for concussion in case of suspicious symptoms. The activity should finish at about noon.

Team dinner 3/16 information has been posted on the website. Please check it out.

Students must wear black shorts, team reversibles, approved helmet, and team colors under their pads to tryouts and practices. When we go outdoors, sweats must be team colors (royal, white, and black).
